Before tackling the shoveling of the stairs, I figured I need to eat. I took a quick trip over to Clafouti for a morning pastry and decided to go with something new.
This was my first taste of their pain au raisin, and as much as I love custards, I think this may have been a bit much. With that much vanilla cream it's hard to tell if the interior of the pastry is actually cooked properly. :s
Next time I feel like something sweet for breakfast, I'll stick with the pain au chocolat.
