I didn’t feel like cooking tonight, so after going to my friend Stephanie‘s group show opening at Lens Factory, I headed over to Sweet Lulu for something quick, filling and cheap.
Sweet Lulu is one of those build-your-meal places where you select from a list of ingredients for the kitchen to assemble into your dinner. Tonight I went for Hokkien noodles, Malay sauce (sweet peanut satay), shredded ginger, lime leaves, sweet basil, coriander leaves, chicken breast and mixed veg.
Hit. The. Spot.
