I Eats Me Spinachk

I think I may have SAD. Even one day without sunshine and I get sluggish, unmotivated and just generally blech. I had to pick up something at the Dollar Store on Roncy, so happened to pass by Mabel's. Rather than face grocery shopping, then prep and cooking, I decided to pick something up.

That something was their spinach and ricotta lasagne. Maybe iron's what I need. You know, it's funny, everything looks so pretty at Mabel's but so far the food I've had has just been okay. The lasagne are made with rice noodles here, so they're definitely rib-sticking, but the overall flavour really isn't all that different from the frozen stuff you can get at the grocery store. Disappointing.
