I made the arduous trek to the north end concession stand at BMO field before the FC game today. All because I needed to follow up on the buzz going around about a new item available at the stadium. Let me tell you this. Believe the hype!
The mac & cheese fritters are, in a word, awesome. And they're probably the biggest bang for your buck at BMO. You get four enormous fritters for $5. Those fritters are packed with tender macaroni, a creamy cheesy bechamel, and bits of tomato and smokey bacon. Gooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooool! It almost made up for the 88th minute equalizer by Dallas... almost.
