Just Dessert

I honestly don't know if there's much that cheese can't make better. In fact, my preferred desserts involve cheese somehow. Carrot cake, tiramisu, and of course, cheesecake.

This particular one was given to me by Glenn, from a cake he'd picked up in Peterborough.  I've been working my way through it slice by slice, with a nice cup of coffee, each night. Believe it or not, there is such a thing as a bad cheesecake. I've had it.

This one however, was right up my alley. The cream cheese was fluffy, and creamy, with just the right amount of tang. The chocolate crust was perfectly moist and bittersweet. I'll be sad to see the end of it...
